Shipping &
Delivery Information
Shipping charges are added to product prices, and based on the weight of your order. Perishable items will be shipped best way, either via Alaska Airlines or Fed-Ex Priority Shipment. Non-perishable products will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. For each additional shipment to a different address, please add $3.00 to help cover extra shipping costs.

Air Shipments
For guaranteed Next Day Air delivery of your order anywhere in the continental U.S., an additional $20.00 PER ITEM will be required.
Perishable items should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. If you have specific shipping questions, please call us at 907-247-8000. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
Guaranteed Delivery Services
If you wish to guarantee delivery by a specific date, we can ship your order via 2nd Day or Next Day Air delivery.
Gift Orders
Please verify that mailing addresses for all gift recipients are complete, correct and up-to-date. While we are proud to guarantee our products, we cannot guarantee shipments lost or spoiled due to inaccurate or out-of-date addresses provided to us. Please double check all gift addresses for accuracy. Please enter your personal gift greeting in the space provided. If there is not enough room to accommodate all of the information, please send an email to us at goodgod@kpunet.net.
Separate Shipments
Please don't be concerned if you don't receive all the items you ordered in one shipment. In order to take advantage of shipping efficiencies, we sometimes ship items separately.
Guarantee of Satisfaction
We are proud of the quality of our products and our customers' satisfaction. You must be fully satisfied with your purchase, or we'll cheerfully exchange the product, issue a credit for the merchandise value or refund your payment. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment for return instructions.

When you give Good God Lobster Gift Certificates, you let your favorite people have the fun of shopping at home and personally selecting their own gifts. Just send us names and addresses of your gift recipients...and we'll send them Gift Certificates in your choice of $25, $50 and
$100. Naturally, you can charge Gift Certificates to your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or account. If you care to choose a larger amount for your Gift Certificate, call 907-247-8000.
